Cambodia has always been a country that was on my wish list of places to visit, so when the opportunity arose to visit Cambodia in September 2019, I jumped at it. Since Angkor Wat had been super high on my Cambodia bucket list, I decided to visit Siem Reap first and immerse myself in Cambodian culture. From learning about Siem Reap’s history to introducing myself to Khmer cuisine, I loved my visit and I am already aching to go back.
