Yumi Kim dress (also available here), Schutz heels (similar here), Chloé bag, Self Portrait sunglasses
Staying at the villa felt like staying in my own little palace, which is also how I felt on my wedding weekend. Secluded in the Santa Ynez valley, I felt like I was abroad in Provence where my husband I visited back in the summer of 2014. I felt like I was at my own little royal retreat, and I was honored to invite some good friends to experience the villa with me for a little girls' escape. Who would turn down a retreat to a villa set amongst a picturesque vineyard? There's something dreamy about looking out over a vast valley of vines growing as far as the eye can see, especially as the sun sets in the distance. I found myself doing just that, with a glass of wine in hand of course, at Sunstone. I had been married in the villa's very courtyard just a couple of months prior. Here I sat, now a married woman, looking out into the vineyard, dreaming of my beautiful wedding and everything that I have felt grateful for. To see photos from our dreamy vineyard wedding, check out our feature with The Knot now online (and still on newsstands!). Stay tuned for a full wedding post coming soon to the blog with even more photos of our stunning vineyard venue. Photos by Jana Williams. Hair and makeup by Tammy Yi. Thank you to Sunstone for their generous hospitality.Vineyards are sublimely beautiful. I have been fortunate enough to come across some in Italy, Spain, and Napa Valley, but there are also stunning vineyards not too far from Los Angeles where I live. In fact, Tor and I were so settled on getting married at a vineyard that we refused to look at any venues that did not feature one. So when I was invited to return to our own wedding venue, the villa at Sunstone Winery, I could not say no.

All I can think when I see you is please be my friend.
You know you and Torrance married at the same day of my birthday? For me is such a blessing because it’s happy day to all of us.
I know I am a little old to be fangirling at you (I’m 21), but YOU ALWAYS LOOK AMAZING ON YOUR PHOTOS!
If I ever go to Los Angeles someday, would you meet me?
All the love xx
