Pop of Red

Last week I traveled back to Los Angeles and got to enjoy some time back in our new home. It's always great to be back in our cozy space, even if my schedule at home is always hectic. My trips back home to LA are always filled to the brim with meetings, events, lunch with friends, and wedding planning somewhere in between. [show_shopthepost_widget id="1073868"] In Toronto, the temperature has dipped significantly (hello, coats!), but in Los Angeles the temperatures were reaching the triple digits while I was there. That honestly made it easy when it came to packing to head home to LA because I had already moved all my summer wardrobe back to LA and left all my winter wardrobe in Toronto. However, I have been shopping for fall since I am still excited about getting to experience it for a bit on the east coast while the west coast roasts. I first spotted this Tularosa jacket online just before NYFW and loved it pops of colors and the white fringe along the hem. For a lunch date, I chose to keep the jacket as the focal point and kept my wardrobe simple in white but accentuated the hints of red in the jacket by wearing red sandals.
