Milly coat c/o, Related blouse and skirt c/o, Schutz shoes, Furla bag, Illesteva sunglasses, Jo Malone Wild Bluebell perfume
After spending a week in New York for NYFW, I flew to London for a few days. London is my favorite city. I could spend all of my time there and never get sick of it. I think what I love about London, besides all of its royal history and fascinating architecture, is that it has seasons and precipitation. I live in a city that has two seasons - summer and spring - and hardly any rain, so when I get to visit a city that does, I find myself rejoicing a bit. London was actually still enjoying its final days of summer when I arrived (the tube stations basically felt like Earth's mantle), but a couple of days later, the weather turned and became a bit cooler - twenty degrees cooler! I love finding an excuse to wear a dramatic coat, and London was no exception. I couldn't wait to wear this Milly coat abroad! It's very couture and still brought out my inner girly-girl as I happily frolicked the streets of London. Maybe one day I will have my dream house in Kensington or Notting Hill, but for now, I will just enjoy all the visits I get to take to England's capital. I hear back home in LA it’s still summer, but at least I got to experience some fall weather in northern Europe first! I didn’t need a coat in Spain, but in London and Denmark I certainly did!
