It's been a crazy past few days up here in Toronto! T and I have been filming something super top secret, and we cannot wait to share the news of what it is (no, it's not a pregnancy announcement)! It's given us a chance to see more beautiful sights of Toronto, a city that I never expected to visit nor ever spend so much time in. [show_shopthepost_widget id="901614"] Not far from our place are some pretty cool bridges that overlook downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. Because I grew up surrounded by acres of farms, skyscrapers and towers always cause me to stare at them and leave me mesmerized. When I was living in New York City in my late teens, a close friend of mine lived in Williamsburg and they had an epic view of all of Manhattan from their loft windows. I could stare at the lights in all of buildings of the big city across the river all day (or night). I find myself doing the same here in Toronto - they're not that much different - and luckily we can view the iconic CN Tower from our building. For this look, I am wearing a light weight denim anorak by Marissa Webb paired with some distressed jeans and a classic white heel. I brought along this She + Lo bag since it goes with practically everything. While taking a break, a kitty approached us to check us out! And boy did he/she (we didn't check) loved us! He/she kept rubbing all over us and wanted us to play with him/her. Since we are crazy cat people, we had to give in! It's no secret how much I LOVE Marissa Webb, especially this denim anorak that I have been wearing a lot of lately especially when I travel. It's super light, and the tie in the front makes it completely adjustable.
