Getting to attend Bridal Fashion Week earlier this month was such a privilege and an honor. A more laid-back version of New York Fashion Week, it was a lot of fun for me to see the latest trends up close and in person. As an upcoming bride myself, Bridal Fashion Week had a whole new meaning to me. I loved getting to dress up how I felt – girly, feminine, and like a princess.

I had been saving this Elizabeth & James dress specifically for Bridal Fashion Week. Initially I planned on wearing it during New York Fashion Week, but I felt it was more suited for my dreamy, royal mood during Bridal Fashion Week. I am obsessed with the bell sleeves. It reminds me of a royal medieval gown, and since I am planning my own royal wedding I figured it was beyond appropriate for day 1 of Bridal Fashion Week.
