There are so many social media channels out there these days, such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, etc. I am always constantly active on those channels, but another one of my favorites is Pinterest. For me, it's like having a bunch of folders online storing my ideas and inspiration. [show_shopthepost_widget id="1854727"] In the beginning, I found myself using Pinterest mostly for food recipes and hair/makeup ideas. Now I use it to gather style inspiration as well as share my own style with my fellow Pinners! The organizer in me loves how Pinterest is like a big collection of mood boards. Have you ever done a mood board? It's a great way to gather inspiration! I also relied on Pinterest A LOT when it came to wedding planning and bridal shower planning. Our wedding planners suggested that we have a secret board together and gather ideas and inspiration. I must say I think our wedding was a breathtaking vision thanks to having a wedding mood board on Pinterest. I'll be sharing more about wedding planning in an upcoming post, but if you're planning a wedding I highly recommend having a board with your wedding planners! I have boards for hair/makeup inspiration, donuts, and now home renovation ideas. Tor and I have been gathering AMAZING ideas for our massive home reno on there so take a look to get a peek at our vision board! I'll be doing a whole post on our renovation journey in the new year, so until then be sure to check out that board to see what we have been pinning!
