I don't know about you but I certainly love a good striped sweater, especially a bold one. It's that time of year where we get to bring out our sweaters (including our favorite ugly ones for those festive holiday parties!), and I love having a good statement-making striped sweater at the ready.

My usual go-to striped sweater is white and navy, which explains why my closet was calling for something a bit more colorful and emboldened. Sweaters bring out a sense of the holidays, as do colorful stripes. With the holiday season fast approaching, I couldn't help but start to put together outfits perfect for the holidays. A good sweater pairs really well with a midi skirt (perfect look for a casual holiday party!). Casually, it also pairs well with jeans or overalls which are also cute looks for the holidays, especially one with colorful, bold stripes. Also I have some exciting news!
