Ganni dress (also available here, under $100 version here), Valentino shoes, Chloé bag, Celine sunglasses, Roses de Chloé perfume
Florals tend to be associated as more of a spring pattern, and while I certainly have no arguments about that, I feel like florals can be worn year round. Springtime florals tend to be bright and pastel whereas autumn florals tend to be more on the dark side such as deep purple, red, and orange. The girly-girl in me will always find an excuse to still rock a floral dress even if summer has come and gone. I picked up this gorgeous floral dress at Ganni while in Copenhagen the week prior and knew it was perfect for a dinner I was attending while in New York. My husband always knows when I find a gem of a dress because I can't stop twirling in it. That was certainly the case with this dress. Plus the contrast of florals in a metropolis like New York felt perfectly editorial to me. Photos by Lydia Hudgens. More floral dresses:I can’t get enough of a good floral dress! A versatile pattern like florals work for all seasons, and just because we are heading into winter doesn’t mean a girl still can’t rock florals. Before heading home to Los Angeles after frolicking around Europe, I stopped in New York to visit a bestie (as well as slowly readjust my body clock) and to enjoy New York at a time that isn’t chaotic during NYFW.
