Sorry it has taken me a second to post some of my first images from NYFW! After spending a week frolicking about New York City during the most fashionable week of the year, I immediately headed off to London for a few days before continuing on to Spain where my husband lives and works until December. But we'll get to that later! First, NYFW!

NYFW is more than just fashion shows and presentations. There's also fittings, meetings, parties and events that help fill up your whole week. Since I am allergic to coffee, I don't know how I manage such a crazy week without caffeine but somehow I do! I think adrenaline keeps me going thanks to all the inspiration surrounding me from the designers showcasing their latest trends on the runway to all the head-turning street style. I like to bring a few staples with me to NYFW that could pair well with any look. Sometimes I am dressed by certain designers during the week and on some occasions I do not always know what I am going to wear until a day or two before, so I like to pack accessories that will go with anything I choose. This season, I found myself gravitating towards my white Celine sunglasses, black Schutz block heels (block heels are the best during lengthy days in heels!), and my black Furla bag. Just like a few of my style icons, I have no problem recycling some of my favorite pieces even if they have been photographed before. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! And if the shoe fits.... okay I will stop with those now, but you get my point! In this case, I brought out my bridal shower dress that I wore back in March.
