A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of hosting the Miss Nevada USA/Teen USA pageant for the third year. The pageant takes place in a city that changed my life forever - Las Vegas - where I won the title of Miss USA in June 2011. The pageant is always an exciting time of year, since it brings back my own memories as a pageant contestant several years ago. It also brings together friends who travel hundreds (and in this year's case, thousands) of miles to see each other and put on a great production and a wonderful experience for the girls. This year, rehearsals were held at the MGM Grand Resort & Casino so my friend Zac and I took some pictures on the roof overlooking the strip in a bold floral dress. I paired it with some fabulous Chinese Laundry heels, since they are the official shoe sponsor of the Miss Universe Organization, and finished the look with a matching hat.
