Still having my love affair with blue, so it’s only appropriate that I would wear a soft trench coat in the royal color! I’m really a fan of a the color combinations of blue, grey, and white or blue, grey, and black, especially for fall. While the color palette may seem monochromatic, the pop of blue actually adds a little something extra without the outfit being too blah. Every woman should have a trench coat in her closet, and aside from the typical camel or grey trench coat colors, why not add one with a pop of color? Comment below with your favorite color!

I am normally a silent reader but I had to comment. Coats are my favourite items of clothing, and this one I adore! I actually bought a blue and purple coat at the beginning of winter, albeit apprehensively, and ended up wearing it constantly! My wardrobe is mostly black/grey/white and you’re absolutely right- a coloured coat makes all the difference!
I’m actually getting sad I’m heading into hotter weather, now; which is funny, because all your flowy skirts and dresses made me crave summer when I was bundled up! I’ll have to track back and get re-inspired for summer!
My favourite colour is blue and I would love to buy a lovely blue coat for winter but am unsure where I should purchase one from! I already have one in black but I find that I can’t wear my black jeans with it as I always love to wear some colour in my outfit. A coloured coat would definitely be such a great addition to my wardrobe!
I have just started reading your blog and am absolutely in love with it! I’ve already gained some new fashion style tips to up my own style! 🙂
Hey Jasmine! Love this look. I was wondering if you would consider doing a post on mastering business-casual some time in future? Specifically for 20-something year olds who just got hired at a corporate job and want to look professional but not boring!! And colourful but not too overdone and GAH. Help me? haha.
My favourite colour is blue
