Normally I stray away from anything strapless or revealing of my shoulders, but there was something about this By Lil dress that caught my attention. I put it in my basket for a while to see if I kept thinking about it, and I did, so I caved and broke my own "no-strapless rule." But you know what? It was so worth it!
