LK Bennett coat c/o (currently on sale!), Gestuz sweater (old, similar here), J Brand jeans, Frye boots (also available here), Wool hat from Irish shop (similar here), Fingerless gloves, Gucci bag
It was my second trip to Germany but Tor's very first. However, it was our first trip to Munich for the both of us. The city is rich in history which I thought my husband would enjoy (and myself, of course!). I thought it would be the perfect city to introduce him to German culture. My Mormor's family is German, so I grew up eating German food and hearing some German phrases. We checked into the Hotel Königshof in the afternoon, where our suite overlooked the Karlsplatz and its holiday skating rink. We then took a nice walk in the brisk, winter air to the Residenz. Did you think I would come to Munich and not visit their former royal palace? It's quite an impressive palace that overlooks a beautiful park, and their main square inside the palace is currently home to yet another thriving Christmas market. My love for LK Bennett continues with this evergreen coat that I donned for our day in Munich. It's the perfect wrap coat for winter, and its evergreen color makes it perfect for the holidays! Sadly, we only got to experience Munich for one day, but we would gladly come back in a heartbeat and see more of this vibrant German city. We had landed in Munich several days earlier, but we immediately caught a train to Salzburg which means we didn’t get to explore or see the city at all so now was our chance!
