After a hectic week in NYC for New York Fashion Week, it felt good to sleep in and relax (and hit up my favorite diner for my favorite chocolate chip pancakes). But I was really excited to share this look from NYFW as it was one of my favorites.

It’s no secret I am a huge fan of shirtdresses, and the blue plaid pattern on this Equipment dress immediately caught my eye when I first laid eyes on it. I also love that it is a hefty silk, making it possible to be worn as a dress (like I did here) or even as a jacket. But this dress was incredibly comfortable to run around New York in even on a very hot day.

The shirtdress is so cute! I love the bright blue, it contrasts nicely your red hair. Looks like the perfect outfit for jumping from fashion show to show. 🙂
