I am always on the hunt for a good lip color, probably because I am super weird about my lips. I feel like only a few select colors actually work on me with my hair color and pale skin tone, so I like to stick with pinks, some nudes, and reds. Most of the time I schmack on some chapstick and that’s it, but to go out to dinner, drinks, or an interview, I like to have a bit more color on my lips. And when butter LONDON came out with a makeup line (I have been a fan of their nail lacquers for years and also blogged about their liquid eyeliners), including an awesome collection of new lip products, I knew I had to try them.

My favorite out of butter LONDON’s lip products are their Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayons. I am pretty sure they named it “bloody brilliant” because that’s exactly what it is. It’s bloody brilliant. It’s more than just a lip crayon. It acts as both as lip liner and a lipstick, but it’s not as heavy as a lipstick. And since I am SUPER picky about making sure my lip liners and lipsticks mesh well, this one crayon solves both problems for me.
The lip crayons also have a built in sharpener, which I have found extremely useful while I am out and about! I never have to worry about a dull pencil to line and fill in my lips in between meetings or throughout the night.
My favorite colors are Trout Pout (a light coral color) and Tea with the Queen (an opaque nude), with Teddy Boy (a deep rosy pink color) coming in close behind them.

Is it just me or do some of your old blog entries’ photos no longer work? I love your travel photos and was going through some of your trips, but the photos don’t work 🙁
